Fabulous Fridays Movie Reviews: Gacy House

Well its that time again, this weeks movie is Gacy House, and all I have to say is "what"? This movie takes its cues from movies like Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity, but seems to focus on the boring aspects.
The story revolves around a group of paranormal investigators who go into the beloved Illinois born John Wayne Gacy. The characters are incredibly boring and predictable and you never really catch their names.
Hell most of the times theres nothing ever going on other than them making those O faces every 5 miniutes
The highlight of this film is the climatic ending and the *SPOILER ALERT* The "narmtastic" death scenes

Weird Al's: Alpocaypse

Last July, comedic artist and pop culture icon Weird Al Yankovic released the long awaited album Alpocalypse.
This time around, our hero takes shots at todays icons such as Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and many others too.
The music videos are great and all capture the feel of each song.
Sadly the perform this Way music video (parody of Lady Gagas Born this Way) is not on the CD or itunes, which is a shame.
The songs themselves are good and still capture the timeless charm that makes Al so unique.

Alpocalypse gets 4 guys running through a black hole, out of 5.

Fishy Fridays and a Movie review

Well its that time again, this weeks movie is The incredible Mr.Limpet.
The story takes place during World War II, meanwhile an eccentric librarian named Mr.Limpet goes on about how he wants to help the war effort, but is too scrawny too help.
He then dreams of being a fish and sings to his fish collection in what is possibly the creepiest kids scene ever.

                                                  Seriously just watch it:

Theres alot of other odd stuff too like nazi super-science, cheating on your wife with a fish, and of course Don Knotts in general.

I give it 3 Nazi fish out of 5

Finding bad movies has sort've become a hobby for me and a friend of mine. Our search for the worst of the worst has taken us to many weird places and found many of odd movies.
But every once in awhile I'll find something thats so odd and at sometimes cheesy, you cant help but sit back and smile.
This is one of those movies.
The story is about a man who has taken on the role as the loveable clown, "Bruce Burger".
He often takes this role to an extreme and has frequent hallutionations involving his dead boss, and his puppet sidekick "Peter Pepporoni"
The plot of the story is, the reknown amusment park has come under new managment after the former owners untimely murder.
The movie has many bland cookie cutter 80's characters you have the Jock, the Nerd, the Ditzy Chick, so on and so forth.
But the real showstealer is Bruce.
Contrary to the cover, Bruce is actually a pretty sympathetic character and you soon start to empathize with him as the story proggresses.
An underated Black Comedy now on Instant Netflix, check it out.
