AHAHAHAHAHA! Goggles! This reminds me of the Twilight Zone episode with the lady with the face bandages. And Nine by Tim Burton...and steampunk stuff. Really cool dude, I like your style of drawing it's creepy lookin.
This is really cool. It kinda reminds me of an edgier creepy version of a character from the comic 'The Umbrella Academy' Which spiked my interest to this picture. Also its very well drawn and stuff.
